I operate across two sides of the agricultural value chain. On one side, I am involved in food processing - Banga paste - and pig farming. On the other, I work with farm owners, especially those not on ground, to structure their operations, set up processes, and ensure proper monitoring and accountability so the business runs as expected.
My background in IT, field instrumentation, and automation means I bring a systems-first mindset to everything I do. Most agri projects do not fail from lack of opportunity. They fail from weak execution and absent operational structure.
